Punishment of NOT praying Compulsory Salat

-- Punishment of NOT praying Compulsory Salat --

Narrated Samura bin Jundab:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said in his narration of a dream that he saw, "He whose head was being crushed with a stone was one who learnt the Qur'an but never acted on it, and slept ignoring the compulsory prayers."

Sahih al-Bukhari 1143

Miswak

 'Abdur-Rahman bin Abu 'Atiq said:
"My father told me: 'I heard 'Aishah say, (narrating) from the prophet():

" Siwak is a means of purification for the mouth and is pleasing to the Lord".

                                                      Sunan an-Nasa'i 5

The Late King Of A Community Who Had Ten Wild Dogs

The late king of a community had ten wild dogs. He used them to torture and eat any of his servants who made a mistake. One of the
servants gave an opinion which was wrong, and the king didn’t like it at all. So he ordered that the servant be thrown to the dogs.

The servant said, “I served you for ten years, and you do this to me? Please give me ten days before throwing me to those dogs!”
The king agreed.

In those ten days, the servant went to the guard who looks after the dogs and told him he would like to serve the dogs for the next ten days. The guard was baffled but agreed, and the servant started feeding the dogs, cleaning for them, bathing them, and providing all sorts of comfort for them.

When the ten days were over, the king ordered
that the servant be thrown to the dogs for his
punishment. When he was thrown in, we were all amazed to see the ravenous dogs only licking the feet of the servant!

The king, baffled at what he was seeing, said,
”What has happened to my dogs?”
The servant replied, "I served the dogs for only
ten days, and they didn’t forget my service. Yet I served you for a whole ten years and you forgot all, at my first mistake!"

The king realised his mistake and ordered the
servant to be set free.

This post is a message to all those who forget
the good things a person did for them as soon as the person makes a mistake towards them. Don’t put out the history that is filled with good
because of a mistake you don’t like.

Hope I made sense?

Sins Exit With The Water Of Wudu (Ablution)

Uthman b. `Affan reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He who performed ablution well, his sins would come out from his body, even coming out from under his nails.

Dua Masura Before Salaam

It was narrated from Abu Bakr Siddiq that: he said to the Messenger of Allah(PBUH):

"Teach me a supplication which I can say during my prayer." He said:"Say:
Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kathiran wa la yagh-firudh-dhunuba illa Anta, faghfirli maghfiratan min `indika warhamni, innaka Antal-Ghafurur-Rahim

(O Allah, I have wronged myself greatly and no one forgives sins but You, so grant me forgiveness from You and have mercy on ms, for You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful)

Sunan Ibn Majah 3835

The Seerat Bridge

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri:

We, the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What is the bridge?'
He said, "It is a slippery (bridge) on which there are clamps and (Hooks like) a thorny seed that is wide at one side and narrow at the other and has thorns with bent ends. Such a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa'dan. Some of the believers will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as lightning, a strong wind, fast horses or she-camels. So some will be safe without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell (Fire). The last person will cross by being dragged (over the bridge)."
Sahih al-Bukhari 7439

-After crossing the Seerat Bridge

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "When the believers pass safely over (the bridge across) Hell, they will be stopped at a bridge in between Hell and Paradise where they will retaliate upon each other for the injustices done among them in the world, and when they get purified of all their sins, they will be admitted into Paradise. By Him in Whose Hands the life of Muhammad is everybody will recognize his dwelling in Paradise better than he recognizes his dwelling in this world."
Sahih al-Bukhari 2440

Dua to be Recited in Morning and Evening

1) Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

The uttering of (these words):" SubhanAllah (Hallowed be Allah); Alhamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah) and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)," is dearer to me than anything over which the sun rises.
Sahih Muslim 2695

2) Four words that Greatly Praise Allah

Juwairiya reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came out from (her apartment) in the morning as she was busy in observing her dawn prayer in her place of worship. He came back in the forenoon and she was still sitting there. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said to her: You have been in the same seat since I left you. She said: Yes. Thereupon Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said: I recited four words three times after I left you and if these are to be weighed against what you have recited since morning these would outweigh them and (these words) are:

"SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi Adada Khalqihi Wa Rida Nafsihi Wa Zinata Arshihi Midada Kalimatihi

(Hallowed be Allah and praise is due to Him according to the number of His creation and according to the pleasure of His Self and according to the weight of His Throne and according to the ink (used in recording) words (for His Praise)."
Sahih Muslim 2726 a

3) Reward of Freeing Slaves

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If one says one-hundred times in one day:

"None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, the Alone Who has no partners, to Him belongs Dominion and to Him belong all the Praises, and He has power over all things (i.e. Omnipotent)", one will get the reward of manumitting ten slaves, and one-hundred good deeds will be written in his account, and one-hundred bad deeds will be wiped off or erased from his account, and on that day he will be protected from the morning till evening from Satan, and nobody will be superior to him except one who has done more than that which he has done."
Sahih al-Bukhari 3293

'Amr b. Maimun reported:
He who uttered:" There is no god but Allah, the One, having no partner with Him, His is the Sovereignty and all praise is due to Him and He is Potent over everything" ten times, he is like one who emancipated four slaves from the progeny of Isma'il.
Sahih Muslim 2693

4) Sayedul Istighfar (Chief Dua for Repentance)

Narrated Shaddad bin Aus:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is:

Allahumma Anta Rabbi La ilaha illa Anta Khalaqtani Wa Ana Abduka, Wa Ana 'Ala Ahdika Wa Wa'dika Mastata'tu, A'udhu Bika Min Sharri Ma Sana'tu, Abu'u Laka Bini'matika 'Alaiya, Wa Abu'u Laka Bidhanbi Faghfirli Fainnahu La Yaghfiru Adhdhunuba illa Anta

The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise."
Sahih al-Bukhari 6306

Sunan Ibn Majah 3815

6) Sins Forgiven Even If They Are Like The Foam Of The Sea

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah Wa Bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.
Sahih al-Bukhari 6405

7) Sweetness of Faith It was narrated from Abu Salam, the servant of the Prophet (ﷺ) that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There is no Muslim - or no person, or slave (of Allah) - who says 3 times in the morning and evening:

'Radaytu Billahi Rabban Wa Bil-islami Dinan Wa Bi Muhammadin Nabiyyan

(I am content with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion and Muhammad as my Prophet),' but he will have a promise from Allah to make him pleased on the Day of Resurrection." Sunan Ibn Majah 3870

8) Protection from harm for whole day

Aban bin `Uthman said:
“I heard `Uthman bin `Affan (ra) saying: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“There is no worshiper who says, in the morning of every day, and the evening of every night:

Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).
