Reciting The Last 3 Surahs of Quran (Nas, Falaq & Ikhlas)

Narrated 'Aisha:

Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas (ch-112), Surat Al-Falaq (ch-113) and Surat An-Nas (ch-114), and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He used to do that three times.
Sahih al-Bukhari 5017

-- Surah Al-Ikhlas (ch-112)

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Qul huwal laahu ahad
Allah hus-samad
Lam yalid wa lam yoolad
Wa lam yakul-lahu kufuwan ahad

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him.

-- Surah Al-Falaq (ch-113)

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Qul a'uzoo bi rabbil-falaq
Min sharri ma khalaq
Wa min sharri ghasiqin iza waqab
Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil 'uqad
Wa min shar ri haasidin iza hasad

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn
From the mischief of created things;
From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads;
From the mischief of those who practise secret arts;
And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy.

-- Surah An-Nas (ch-114)

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Qul a'uzu birabbin naas
Malikin naas
ilaahin naas
Min sharril was waasil khannaas
Al lazee yuwas wisu fee sudoorin naas
Minal jinnati wan naas

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind,
The King (or Ruler) of Mankind,
The Allah (for judge) of Mankind,-
From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),-
(The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,-
Among Jinns and among men.
